What you’re feeling is real,
and you don’t have to
work through it alone.
If you have experienced narcissistic abuse, emotional manipulation, or the lasting effects of trauma, it can be hard to trust your own thoughts, feelings, and instincts. Therapy offers a safe, supportive place to begin making sense of what you have been through, reconnect with yourself, and move toward healing at your own pace.
About
I am a licensed clinical psychologist who works with individuals navigating narcissistic abuse, trauma, anxiety, depression, and significant life transitions.
I have extensive experience supporting those impacted by emotional abuse and trauma, and I understand how these experiences can leave you questioning your thoughts, feelings, and sense of self.
Therapy offers a space to begin understanding what you’ve been through in a way that feels steady, respectful, and grounded.
What matters most to me is that you feel heard and validated. I create a calm, supportive space where you can process your experiences, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with clarity and confidence.

How We'll Work Together
My work is grounded in the belief that healing comes through understanding, not pressure. My approach is thoughtful and collaborative, helping you explore your experiences in a way that feels clear and manageable.
Sessions are guided by your needs, some focused on coping strategies, others on deeper reflection. I offer steady, supportive guidance while helping you develop a deeper sense of self-trust.
Over time, this work supports meaningful change, helping you feel more grounded, confident, and able to move forward.
